                                                   Text Box: Dryden High School initiated a project at the beginning of 2003 that would provide online resources to students and parents. The main component of the project revolved around  Building Literacy Skills across the secondary school curriculum. Additional practice and support activities were developed in order to help students pass the (OSSLT) Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test .  Sections on researching, writing essays and reports, and avoiding plagiarism were developed to create Research and Writing Skills. Also found on this website are  the    Dryden Science Fair Centre, focusing on the development and presentation of a secondary science fair project, and an area involving the basics of using a graphic calculator called, Graphic Calculator Basics. Our goal for Dryden High School’s Online Resource is to complement the knowledge and skills of our students both in and out of the classroom.
