2024-2025 DRAFT SCHOOL YEAR CALENDAR

Please note that this calendar has been approved by our Board of Trustees and sent to the Ministry of Education for final approval. It will remain as a draft calendar until Ministry approval is received. This means that the calendar is subject to change until we receive final approval. Once approved by the Ministry of Education, we will update this page.

2024-2025 School Year Calendar Survey Results

In January 2024, the Regional School Year Calendar Committee issued a survey for students, families and staff asking for feedback on two calendar options for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. 4,260 survey responses were received. Option 2, with students starting school on September 3, 2024, and ending school on June 25, 2025, was chosen by 54.9% of survey respondents. Thank you to everyone who completed the survey!
